This is a special wine lunch that Petersham Cellar has put together with importer Masi Jacovacci and we are delighted to be opening the top wines from the Pojer e Sanderi estate in Trentino. Pojer e Sanderi is very focused on quality and is a practicing organic estate, they are one of Italy’s best kept secret as they are a small entity producing phenomenally good wines. The line up will be a selection of their best sparkling, white, red and sweet wines. Each of the wines chosen will be carefully paired with a five course menu, put together by Ambra Papa, Head Chef at Petersham Nurseries, Richmond. On the day there will be a special discount on these wines.
