There are a lot of interesting Ontario producers who are using low-intervention techniques (organic, biodynamic, natural) to deliver world-class wines and they are right in our backyard.
So this session we want to celebrate these wines, we will explore a ranges of styles and varietals to discover what makes them so special, and so delicious. We may even have some hidden gems that you’d not heard about before!

Nick is a certified sommelier within the Court of Master Sommelier and recipient of the Walter Clore Scholarship, awarded to the Sommelier who achieved the highest mark in the certification exam.
He has working in restaurants in both Australia and Canada and over the last ten years and has a passion for making wine easier to learn, experience and enjoy!
