Beaujoalis is great wine! Often it is dismissed as easy-drinking vin de soif, but when you scratch the surface you find the most intense, structured wines that will impress and astound.
In this session we will study a range of Beaujolais, its subregions and some of the most iconic Beaujolais producers. This is an important session, not to be missed!

Nick is a certified sommelier within the Court of Master Sommelier and recipient of the Walter Clore Scholarship, awarded to the Sommelier who achieved the highest mark in the certification exam.
He has working in restaurants in both Australia and Canada and over the last ten years and has a passion for making wine easier to learn, experience and enjoy!
