Garage Project and 8 Wired have some of the largest and most forward-thinking barrel programs in the southern hemisphere. We have brought together some of the most sought-after ferments from across the ditch and invited the breweries to teach us a little bit about what goes into concocting these wild wonders.The day will be run as ticketed sessions with each brewery, featuring beers from the 8 Wired Barrel Program, Garage Project Wild Workshop and the Garage Project Crushed Wine Series.
