What will be included in my virtual class delivery?

A single ticket includes all the cheeses that are covered in the 4 sessions and access to the live sessions. There are about 20 cheeses covered in Boot Camp, each in 1/4lb quantities. The “kit” will also include various pantry items for pairing. A single order may not be split into separate shipments. 1 order will be shipped as a whole unit to 1 address only. (All orders must be for US delivery only. PO boxes are also not valid. Please double check your attendee shipping information! Any errors may delay delivery.)

When should I expect my delivery? Is there tracking information?

Deliveries are set to arrive at least a day before your class or day of, in some cases. They are sent with sufficient ice packs and proper packaging for keeping the contents cold in transit. Please contact us if any delivery issues. All attendees are sent FedEx tracking information for their packages, which typically goes out 2 days in advance.

When do I receive class details? Webinar link to watch? Is there a recording?

You will receive some very important emails early in the week of Boot Camp, which is hosted on Zoom. Please ensure you create an account and download the app ahead of class so you don’t run into connection issues day of! This email will also contain all the instructional and digital content you’ll need to reference when preparing for the sessions. *IF YOU ARE NOT SEEING THESE EMAILS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. It may have been rerouted. All sessions are recorded and sent out to attendees once the session wraps up so if you miss something, you can always re-watch the footage

What if I received damaged/broken/missing any items in the delivery?

Please contact us at orders@murrayscheese.com for product reshipment.

How can I give this as a gift?

Please ensure the ‘attendee’ information is filled out with shipping details and email address of who is receiving the gift, not the purchaser. The attendees information is what is pulled for shipping details and class emails from instructors.

When do tickets sales close?

To allow for proper fulfillment and shipping time, sales close about a week before the first sessions. This does unfortunately mean we are unable to open them again. Sales close at the time when final orders must be sent through to ensure an on-time delivery.

Allergies/Item Substitutions?

Unfortunately we cannot make substitutions of any kind for these virtual classes, due to warehouse constraints. We can guarantee that everything is in its own packaging and there is no cross contamination between products. Please email us if any there are any issues after we have sent the final product list a few days before class.

Will I need anything from home to use in the class?

You’ll need a reliable internet connection! You can access the sessions via smartphone, tablet, or a computer. We recommend a medium sized cutting board for portioning out your cheeses, along with a non-serrated knife. A few sessions will require some additional materials from around the house, which we will outline in advance in session-specific emails.

Am I able to ask questions or interact with the class?

Throughout the sessions, there will be opportunities to make comments and ask questions through a chat function. Questions/comments are read out loud by the instructor and addressed in real time.
