This month, we’re going to take a look at some dessert and fortified wines, the different styles and how they’re made. These wines are often overlooked and their place at the table ignored in favour of dry table wine despite that they can be among some of the most expensive wines in the world. As the weather cools, let’s take a look at the different delicious offerings these styles have to offer and how they can enhance your food and wine experiences.
Included in your ticket will be lots of new wines to try and discuss in a small group setting, some nibbles, and a $25 voucher to go towards any orders of 6+ bottles on the night!
