For this month’s Tuesday Tutorial, we take you back to Burgundy basics. On this entertaining, educational, and enticing night, we’ll cover Burgundy’s primary areas – from Chablis to Beaujolais – as well as its climate and terroir, viticulture, and winemaking practices. And, of course, we’ll taste and talk about some of these magnificent wines.
