Ben is a culinary expert with a polished repertoire that includes French and English fusion recipes mingled with the flavours of New Zealand. He enjoys cooking sophisticated, elegant dishes and preparing the finest of ingredients to perfection. The calibre of Ben’s skill has seen him win the 2018 ‘Beef and Lamb Excellence’ Awards for the 4th consecutive year as well as the 2017 HM Award for ‘Best Hotel Chef’.
