For this session we’ll look at ways that those two things combine — data and wine — by following the exciting journey of an Atlanta-based startup called Enolytics. Enolytics follows the digital trail that consumers and winemakers leave, every moment of every day all around the world. From the data of weather stations and drones in vineyards, to the data of sales and marketing, to the data of consumers who scan labels and write tasting notes in apps, blogs and websites — there is no shortage of possibilities!
