  2. Albariño Pepe Luis
  3. Estrada Mencía Field Blend

Session 2: Gushing for Garnacha [Nov 24]

Garnacha or Grenache as you may know it is a grape believed to Originate from Spain and to have been spread by the Kingdom of Aragon into Southern France and across the Mediterranean during the Medieval and early modern period. This heat-loving grape thrives in Spain and produces some incredible wines.

  1. Albahra Garnacha Tintorera
  2. Bruja de Rozas Garnacha
  3. Joan Danguera Altaroses

Session 3: Grapes you need to meet [Dec 1]

There are a number of local grape varietals that have not made it onto the international market from Spain. Others are being revived by passionate wine makers with a proud focus on local. This week you’ll discover some interesting grapes you’ve probably never heard of.

  1. Polar Boar Summoll (Made by Jason!)
  2. Buena Pinta Moravia Agria
  3. Julieta Trepat

Session 4: Tempranillo & Monastrell [Dec 8]

Tempranillo is the most widely known grape of Spain, and often called Spain’s noble variety. This week you’ll taste a pure expression of Tempranillo, and classic Rioja Blend. Then we’ll wrap things up in the sunny south with the deep, purple wines of Jumilla. Great wines to warm you up as winter weather sets in.

Yes, if you intend to order the wines. All 12 wines will be delivered at once, 3 bottles will be opened per week, and the 4 zoom sessions are included in this one ticket.

note: You do not need to RSVP for each session. Once you have made the case purchase, we will send you the links for all 4 events.

No, you can sit in on any of the 4 sessions for $35, but tickets are limited, as we want to keep an intimate feel for those who will be tasting the wines at home.

Can I attend the course without buying the wines?

-Short answer: Yes, it’s $35 per session.
