In tonight session, we will travel through Spain with 9 iconic wines.
Spain is really going through a qualitative change and raising its level. More regions and sub-regions are crafting wine with characters and identity. Some follows the historical regulations and others part from these to create some elegant gems.
During this evening, a tapas style diner but with “Brisket” character will be provided by the maestro Chef Alex!
