Penfolds Wine Dinner, the Evolving Style of Australia’s Most Famous Winery

Penfolds Grange is Australia’s most famous and revered wine, and was one of the first dry red wines we made as a country. This producer is an important part of our history as a winemaking country, and helped propel us onto the global wine scene.

Today, 178 years on, Penfolds continues to push the boundaries. This tasting is about talking and tasting through where the Penfolds brand has been, and where it is heading. We will be tasting several new releases from this iconic brand, as well as 3 brackets of comparing the newest releases of 3 of their most iconic wines; Bin 389, RWT and Grange, against back vintages from our own cellar.

Wines will be expertly matched to food by Chophouse Contemporary Australian Steakhouse in Blight Street, Sydney.
