Pasta Making & Wine Tasting Virtual Workshop

– Fresh Pasta and Italian Wine – is there a better combination? Join us in this 2 hour live, virtual workshop as we hand make a Tuscan classic: fresh ravioli filled with ricotta and chestnuts, while we taste two Italian wines.

Hosted by Chef and Owner of Allora Pasta Co., Cameo Fucci and Sommelier’s Madeline Miller and Ehron Souza.

This is a hands-on, educational workshop where you will learn how to make ricotta & chestnut filled ravioli and tortellini. Along the way, we’ll also taste and learn about two Italian wines, handpicked by Madeline and Ehron.

Ingredient list, equipment list, conferencing information and wine pairing suggestions will be sent at least 2 weeks before the workshop. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

– A little about our Sommeliers:

“Madeline and Ehron are Brooklyn based sommeliers and restaurant professionals. After moving to New York in September of 2018, Madeline began working at chef Missy Robbin’s second restaurant, Misi. Ehron went on to work for Laura Manic, Master Sommelier, and owner of Corkbuzz. Both Ehron and Madeline received their first level of Court of Master Sommelier introductory certification in December of 2019 and are scheduled to test for the next level in November of this year. They are currently working with Brooklyn based Italian restaurant, Lilia, and studying constantly for the upcoming test. They hope to continue share their knowledge and passion for wine and tasting and grow in the industry that they love.”

The lesson will be recorded and sent to video participants who are unable to make the live workshop.
