Through our SOURCE dinners, you can enjoy our Friday night 5 course tasting menu with a difference. One of our favourite fishermen, farmers or wine makers will host the evening; we will feature their produce and hear their stories. Starts at 7pm for an aperitif in the bar, 7.30pm 5 course dinner with matching wines & coffee.

Tomas is the founder and wine maker of the impressive Tomas CusinĂ© Wines. His estate is in Les Garrigues region at El Vilosell Lleida, west of Barcelona, located in an area with complex terrain. There are numerous north-facing hills and valleys that continue to rise towards the south until reaching the Serra de la Llena mountain chain, a natural border with other wine-making regions: El Priorat and La Conca de Barbera. “My goal was to produce wines with character that would reflect the expression of the terroir“.
