Through our SOURCE dinners, you can enjoy our Friday night 5 course tasting menu with a difference. One of our favourite fishermen, farmers or wine makers will host the evening; we will feature their produce and hear their stories. Starts at 7pm for an aperitif in the bar, 7.30pm 5 course dinner with matching wines & coffee.
Tomas is the founder and wine maker of the impressive Tomas Cusiné Wines. His estate is in Les Garrigues region at El Vilosell Lleida, west of Barcelona, located in an area with complex terrain. There are numerous north-facing hills and valleys that continue to rise towards the south until reaching the Serra de la Llena mountain chain, a natural border with other wine-making regions: El Priorat and La Conca de Barbera. “My goal was to produce wines with character that would reflect the expression of the terroir“.
