1900 Building loves Natural Wine! Cheers to an afternoon celebrating pet-nats, organic, biodynamic and natural wines in a fabulous setting complete with live music and light bites. Taste and learn about what natural wine is, the processes of how it’s made and more!
Tickets are on sale now and are tiered: $35 (GA + raffle ticket) / $65 (GA, raffle ticket, tote bag) / $80 (early admission, raffle ticket, tote & a ticket to an upcoming 1900 Building show). A portion of the proceeds will go to Kanbe’s Market – a 501c not-for-profit “dedicated to eliminated food deserts in KC”.
The opportunity to create this day celebrating Natural Wine presented itself by Doug Frost, a Master of Wine and Master Sommelier, and Beverage Director at The Restaurant at 1900. Mr. Frost’s passion for these wines and desire to educate the Kansas City market is how this festival came to be. Interest in natural wine has grown over the last 5 years – it’s fun, it’s fresh, it’s raw and we’re excited to showcase this evolving category of drink.
