Taste along at home and join us as we guide you through creating your very own Holiday Cheese & Charcuterie board with tasting notes.

This event is not one to miss for cheese & charcuterie lovers! Taste along from the comfort of your own home while Point Reyes Farm, Executive Chef Jennifer Luttrell leads, and Mollie Stone’s ACS Certified Cheese Professional, Chelsea Fordiani moderates, guiding you through creating your very own Holiday Cheese & Charcuterie board! Chef Luttrell has been the Executive Chef of The Fork, a Culinary and Educational Center on the Giacomini family dairy at Point Reyes Farmstead since 2011.

During the event Chef Luttrell will talk about her hand-selected assortment of Point Reyes cheeses for the holiday board, along with tasting notes on the pairings and their complementary textures and flavors. She’ll also talk about the local and artisanal ingredients that make this holiday board truly exceptional.

Mollie Stone’s will have kits available for purchase containing all ingredients being highlighted during the event. All kits will contain a Formaticum Cheese Notebook for capturing the details from this special event – along with other special goodies!
