Our most popular wine tasting: a selection of five boutique Mexican wines paired with five artisan Mexican cheeses.
All wines are premium bottles and the cheeses are sourced from a local producer from Atotonilco El Alto, in the state of Jalisco. All cheeses are made using European techniques (think Camembert, Morbier, and Gruyere) but produced locally with a Mexican twist.
