The annual IWINETC is the main event in the Wine & Culinary Tourism calendar. Attended by over 300 professionals from more than 50 countries, it involves a 2-day programme of around 25 talks, workshops, panel discussions, tastings  and symposiums as well as a vibrant social programme. This offers delegates a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge about all aspects of wine tourism, and exchange ideas with fellow professionals from all sectors of wine and culinary tourism. It also provides the ideal occasion to discover the Basque Country as a grape escape destination.

The early bird ticket price (175 Euros + VAT if applicable) includes: Attendance IWINETC Welcome reception (11th March), coffee break and lunch on each day of the event and access to all talks, tastings and the exhibition area on the 12th and 13th March. Early Bird Registation Rate ends 30 November 2018.


What’s the refund policy?

Conference tickets once purchased are non refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Alternatively, you can bring proof of registration on a mobile device.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can do this yourself through the ticketing system

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

You can transfer your ticket to another person but only for the current edition of the event i.e. 2019

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

No. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation then you must do this yourself through the ticketing system or advise the organisers quoting your ticket/registration number.
