In this four-week series, you will discover why winemakers are working hard to take a hands-off approach to viticulture and winemaking. What makes a wine natural, organic, biodynamic and sustainable? It will all be discussed during this enlightening series of educational tastings. Discover for yourself if these practices have an impact on the flavour of the wine.
