We are delighted to be able to continue our series of incredibly popular seasonal wine dinners with Sam Matthews, General Manager at The Assembly House and our resident wine expert. Sam has travelled the world in his bid to eat in as many Michelin-starred restaurants as possible and has a huge number of stars under his belt (literally!).
